1. Bookings are required to make in advance prior to arrival.
2. Full prepayment is required either by credit card (Visa,
Master, JCB, AMEX) or bank transfer.
3. For booking made less than 7 days prior to arrival, please
submit your credit card details in order to guarantee your
reservation. If no credit card details provided, booking will
not be processed.
- Once booking is confirmed, we will automatic charge from
your credit card details provided for total amount.
- If booking is not confirm, there will be no charge on your
credit card for the processing fee at all.

- Villa : Maximum 2 adults, the third person has
to pay for extra bed

- There is no room charge for a child under 12 years
old sharing room with parents (Maximum 1 child per room). American

Cancellation/Now
Show Policy :
- Written cancellation
by email or fax must be made to E-Biz Travel at least 2 working
days during low season (21 Apr-31 Oct) and 7 working days during
high season (1 Nov-20 Apr) prior to arrival date; otherwise,
one night charge of total room reserved will be charged as penalty.
- In case of no show, guests will held responsible
for total room and meal reserved.
- In case
of early check-out, notice must be received by E-Biz Travel
at least 24 hours prior to arrival; otherwise, guests will held
responsible for one night charge of the total room reserved. |

villas and 15 Grand Deluxe villas. Some connecting rooms are available
(subject to availability).
